Prospective students may obtain application information and forms on-line. The application includes a completed application form, three letters of recommendation, a transcript, GRE scores, and a personal statement. Given the mentorship model used in our program, an important component of a successful student's application is a demonstration of fit with a faculty member's research interests; students are encouraged to identify the faculty member(s) with whom they are interested in working in their personal statement.
