American Foundation for the Blind (AFB)

Blindness Resource Center
The New York Institute for Special Education (NYISE) maintains the Blindness Resource Center. General information can be found here about children who are blind or visually disabled, emotionally and learning disabled and preschoolers who are developmentally delayed.
